What warranties are supplied with your collectors?
The AES Supremacy collectors all come with a 10 year warranty as standard and the AES Endurance collectors come with a 5 year warranty. Both systems are expected to operate in excess of 25 years without issue.
How long does delivery take?
It is difficult to approximate as depending on our current work load and your order specifications the delivery times can be very different. You are best to contact us to find out the most accurate delivery date information.
How are the collectors packaged?
Our preferred delivery providers are TNT or Caledonia Logistics. A smaller AES Endurance order will typically be sent via TNT delivery. AES Supremacy and larger orders will typically be sent via Caledonia Logistics using pallet transfer.
Your collector will arrive in a multi-adjustable system pack. This consists of double wall cardboard caps, corrugated cardboard wrap, and the whole system is secured with plastic wrap. Our packaging has been specially designed to our specifications.
Your collectors are very well priced. Will they perform equally as well?
Due to our nature we are able to streamline our production costs and cut out overheads. If you carry out benchmark tests you will find that despite the very competitive cost the performance will be equal or higher to an equivalent specification purchased elsewhere.
I have chosen a collector, but it is above my budget. Can you offer me a better price?
Our prices are already very competitive and often cheaper than competitors. If in the unlikely event our prices are not competitive we will be happy to consider a competing quote and provide our best offer based on this.
Where are you located?
We are located in Forres, Morayshire, in the North East of Scotland. You are welcome to collect orders from our premises.

Is there a minimum or maximum order size?
No, we cater for all projects large and small. The only factor is time as a smaller order will be quicker to fulfil, large orders will have longer lead times.
What is your refunds policy?
So long as items are still in their original condition we will provide a refund, but we may charge a restocking fee, which will be decided by management in the event of a return.
Can you build a collector to specific dimensions?
Yes we’ve built many bespoke systems – please contact us for information on your individual requirements.
Are your parts branded and of a high quality?
We only buy our components from leading manufacturers which are sustainable and of the highest quality.
Will you sell me the components only?
Yes. We sell individual collectors, individual components or full system kits.
