Web Shop Terms & Conditions
AES Limited aims to deliver goods of the highest quality from goods we keep in stock. From time to time we may be unable to meet our usual delivery times due to certain items being unavailable, in which case we will advise you immediately. If this does occur, you will be given the opportunity to order an alternative, have the products sent as soon as they become available or to cancel the order.

All prices quoted are in British pounds sterling (£) and we make every effort to ensure the prices are current and accurate; however there may occasionally changes beyond our control to the prices of components sourced from third parties. If this happens we will contact you before shipping your order to gain your agreement to the revised price or to amend or cancel the order. All pictures on this website are for illustration purposes only and a product supplied may in exceptional cases vary from the pictures shown; in that event we will supply an alternative product of the same or higher specification.
Orders are accepted at the sole discretion of AES Limited. Transactions are settled through PayPal. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of your order being placed. This will include your order number, our contact details, a full list of the products you have ordered and all costs.
If you wish to pay by cheque please call us on 01309 676911 for details of how to place your order. Cheques should be made payable to "AES Limited".
Every effort is taken to ensure that the information contained in this website is correct and up to date. However, AES Limited disclaims all warranties and representations as to the accuracy of any information contained if at any time it becomes inadvertently out of date or incomplete. Despatch and Delivery
All orders are normally dispatched within 10 working days; if there is likely to be a delay we inform you as soon as possible and in any event we will give you by e mail not less than 48 hours notice of delivery. Please double check the delivery address you give us; you need to give us a delivery address where a person will be available to take delivery between the hours of 8.30am and 5.30pm. The payment address must match the delivery address.
Handling and Shipping
Unless otherwise indicated, carriage and delivery charges to mainland UK addresses are included in the prices quoted in our Web Shop. To check whether we can deliver to other destinations please contact us by telephone or email.
Return / Refund Policy
If you receive damaged goods we must be notified within 24 hours of you receiving the goods. You must open the parcel straight away to check the goods for visible signs of damage in transit. Any damage should be drawn to the attention of the delivery driver and noted in writing when you sign for the goods.
You have the right to a “cooling off “ period of seven days after delivery during which you may cancel your purchase by notice to us in writing, return goods to us and receive a full refund; you will however have to pay for the cost of returning the goods to us and of insuring them in transit. Goods returned when you exercise this right must be undamaged, in the original packaging and fit for re sale. If you elect to cancel your purchase of a “Kit” you may only return the entire Kit. You do not have the right to a “cooling off” period if you are purchasing goods for or in the course of a business.
