Thanks to this continued growth we are now hiring a Scheduling Assistant based at our Forres Headquarters.
Scheduling Assistant

The role will involve reporting to the Operations Manager to ensure the smooth and seamless installation of our products and services, working alongside the operations team to successfully grow installation capacity for multiple installation teams, and liaising with customers and the workforce involved in projects.

- Accuracy in all tasks and strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication and professional phone manner.
- Ability and desire to work in an energetic, fast paced team.
- Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
- Flexible approach to work with an ability to prioritise and manage your time effectively.
Desirable:
- A strong interest in renewable energy
- Experience in a client facing working environment
