Due to continued growth and increased demand in the industry sector AES Solar now have a vacancies for a Graduate Design Engineer and Graduate System IT Administrator to join our team.
Graduate Design Engineer
As solar technologies have developed we have expanded from solar thermal and solar photovoltaic systems. We now install battery storage units and other complimentary smart energy accessories to maintain business growth and success.
Due to the diversity of such products an integral part of these successful installations is based on a sound technical appreciation of the products/services we offer and their interaction into fully functioning systems.
Objectives
Reporting to the Engineering Managers, your role will be to design, plan and deliver various renewable systems including solar PV, solar thermal and battery storage systems. Project managing your designs from concept to completion is a key factor of this role, ensuring quality and integrity is delivered to the end clients.

Graduate System IT Administrator
Due to continued growth and increased implementation of technology and IT systems, we are looking for an individual to manage and implement projects relating to the IT systems, communication channels and databases allowing us to accelerate our utilisation of technology.
Objectives
Reporting to the Operational Management, your role will be to manage specific technology and systems projects from start to finish. You will look for efficiencies in current processes and roll out solutions within our daily operations. You will ensure that our job management system is fully utilised and accurate to enable the Operational Management to make sound business decisions.
