Due to our continued growth and success we are hiring a Sales Consultant to join the sales teams. The successful applicant will receive on the job training with a view to long term personal development. Knowledge of renewable energy is desirable but not essential, however the successful candidate will require to have some experience within a sales environment and building trust with customers.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer enquiries whether via telephone, email, post, web or face to face.
• Explain systems and options clearly to new customers in order to accurately understand the desires and requirements of the customer.
• Utilise the in-house CRM system.
• Where necessary assign customer enquiry to the appropriate member of staff according to project size and complexity.
• Reading design specifications and technical drawings.
• Participate in learning and development (including training) to achieve relevant knowledge, skills and understanding.
• Any other duties reasonably requested by management.
• Maintaining detailed knowledge of the company’s products and services.
• Work on a day to day basis in line with the company’s core values.

Experience:

• Sales: 2 years (preferred)
