As solar technologies have developed, AES Solar have expanded from supplying solar thermal and solar photovoltaic systems into installing battery storage units, electrical vehicle chargers and other complimentary smart energy accessories to maintain continual business growth and success.

Due to the diversity of such products, an integral part of these successful installations is based on a sound technical appreciation of the products/services we offer and their interaction into fully functioning systems.

Thanks to continued growth AES Solar are now hiring an Electrician based in Moray on a full-time basis, based at their Forres Headquarters.

Electrician

• Contract: Full-time, Permanent
• Schedule: Monday-Friday
• Location: Forres with remote working

The Individual

Essential:

• Fully qualified Electrician.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulation certification.
• Excellent knowledge of wiring regulations and certification.
• Ability to perform system inspection & testing to BS 7671, commissioning, and handover.
• High levels of customer service.
• Full driver’s license.

Preferred:

• Valid ECS Card.
• Experience in the installation of solar PV, batter storage, and/or EV charge points.
• Experience with residential new-build properties & developments.
• A strong interest in renewable energy.

Experience:

• Electrical: 1 year (preferred).
