Roles and Responsibilities
- Full time backup on reception.
- Handling all maintenance enquiries.
- Quoting maintenance visits.
- Scheduling maintenance works with installers and customers.
- Handling maintenance reports.
- Working towards offering and managing planned recurring maintenance contracts.
- Arranging scaffold/access.
- Arranging pre-install site visits for installers.
