Responsibilities

• Lead the sales & marketing personnel and activities incorporating four external sales representatives and an external marketing agency.
• Customer facing sales and account management work with key customers. Lead our business development efforts with companies primarily but not exclusively in the construction industry throughout Moray, Highlands and Aberdeenshire.
• Drive sales at all levels of the company ensuring profitable sales are achieved while working closely with senior management, finance and technical departments.

Requirements

• Ideally a history and contacts within the construction and related industries.
• Experience in sales, business development and account management.
• Strengths in building relationships and attending networking events.
• Knowledge of the renewables industry is an advantage but not essential
