A New Era of Renewable Energy
Black Isle Renewables is a well-respected name in the world of heating systems. Based in Dingwall, they’ve been installing ground source and air source heat pumps, along with exhaust air units, across the North of Scotland and the Western Isles since 2010. Their 16-strong team brings two decades of expertise in renewable heating solutions, and we’re excited to see this wealth of experience join forces with ours.
Expanding Our Capabilities
With this acquisition, AES Solar isn’t just expanding our capabilities, we’re also enhancing our ability to offer a complete renewable energy solution. Combining Black Isle Renewables’ heating expertise with our longstanding solar energy experience means we can now provide comprehensive energy systems that provide power and heat to homes and businesses. Earlier this year, in February 2024, we underwent a management buyout to secure our long-term future. Now, with this acquisition, we’re set to become one of Scotland’s largest renewable energy companies.
